 excellent resourceJun 15, 1998
I'm a non-technical person working with HVAC processes and equipment, and I find this book to be an excellent resource. Anytime I hear an unfamiliar term, I jot it down and look it up in this guide, and there it will be, clearly explained! If you're trying to quickly become familiar with the jargon of this industry, I recommend this book to you.
