Incredible customer serviceMar 13, 2009
The book I purchased went to my son, the item was lost after delivery. I emailed Amazon customer service and had a reply within an hour. Without my asking Amazon told me they would replace the book at no charge to me and graciously followed up on their word. The first book showed up and my son returned the replacement book to Amazon. Thank you Amazon for the very out of ordinary service and support.
